During his career in community planning that spans more than 20 years, Mr. Schwecke has been involved in a wide variety of projects and specializes in land-use regulations and community plans. He has a B.S. from the University of Montana and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Wayne Childs serves as Director of Technical Solutions for General Code, a member of the ICC family of companies. General Code has been in business for over 55 years and serves over 3,000 local governments. He has spent his time at General Code specializing in developing intelligent ways to meet the unique codification needs of planning, building, and zoning professionals. Wayne has spent most of his 25 year career focused on multimedia and publishing system process and technology development. He holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. Wayne is a Planning Board Member for the Town and Village of Lima, NY.
