About our presenters:
Ross Farrell is the Director of Planning for the Capital District Transportation Authority where he manages projects and staff associated with strategic planning and service planning initiatives. These projects have included a county by county restructuring of CDTA’s route system, update to the five-year Transit Development Plan, and planning/design for BRT lines on the Washington-Western Corridor and the River Corridor.
Nnenna Ferguson is the Communications Director for Capital CarShare where she develops and manages ongoing outreach and marketing campaigns including branding, programming and digital media. Recent initiatives include the new “iride iwalk idrive” program a collaborative pilot program with CDTA offering affordable mobility options to the capital region. Nnenna will share how Carshare it works, how car sharing benefits the community, talk about the “iride iwalk idrive” program that will launch on April 1.
