Ferraro to Receive SUNY Chancellor’s Award

The University at Albany has announced that Rocco Ferraro, AICP will receive the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Adjunct Teaching.  Mr. Ferraro is the Executive Director of the Capital District Regional Planning Commission and teaches courses in the Department of Geography and Planning at UAlbany.

According to the University at Albany:

The Adjunct Teaching Award is a System-level honor conferred to acknowledge and provide SUNY-wide recognition for consistently superior professional achievement, and to encourage the ongoing pursuit of excellence. Through this award, SUNY publicly proclaims its pride in the accomplishment and personal dedication of its instructional faculty.

Mr. Ferraro will receive the Chancellor’s medallion at the UAlbany spring faculty meeting on April 22 at 2:30 p.m.
