Come meet your fellow area planners at the Albany Pump Station!

Speed Networking facilitates introductions and connections between professionals during a short period of time. Guest speakers move between small groups of attendees to talk about their career. Our Spring speed-networking event will feature the following professionals working in parks, trails historic preservation and tourism planning:

Frances Gubler, Manager of Technical and Grant Programs, Preservation League of New York

Marcia Kees, Associate Professor, SUNY Albany Department of Geography and Planning

Paige Barnum, Parks Planner, NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation

Michaela Sweeney, Parks Project Associate, Open Space Institute

The speed networking portion of the event will start promptly at 6:00 p.m. You will be invited to stay after the conclusion of the program to network more with the speakers and other event attendees. Appetizers will be served, and a cash bar will be available. 1 CM credit will be available for AICP members.
